Ah, vehicle salespeople. They are the source of all misery for car owners. Automobiles must be purchased from somewhere. It’s almost a necessity. It doesn’t mean that we should not enjoy working with pay here west Virginia.

They are the most sleazy of salespeople. The sleazy salespeople are the first to appear. These are the people who will constantly try to upsell you on unnecessary add-ons or extended warranties, and who don’t seem to be able to give you an honest answer to any of you inquiries.

The next step is the actual car purchasing process. It is a constant game of back and forth. Salespeople will often slip into the backroom to “check with their managers” before returning with counteroffers. Don’t even begin me with the financing procedure. It’s like they have their own language to confound and intimidate you, with words like “APR”, “amortization schedule” and other such phrases.
